Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times are:

Australia

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 6–12 business days

Other International Destinations

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days

These delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free shipping offers will be displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfilment centres. You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other government charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to update the address.

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

While we work with trusted shipping partners, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

If your parcel appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or other suitable resolution where appropriate.

Lost Packages

If tracking confirms that your parcel has been lost in transit, we will provide either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund,

following confirmation from the shipping carrier.

Delivery Issues

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers in accordance with the carrier’s delivery confirmation.

If you believe your parcel has been delivered incorrectly, please contact us promptly and we will assist you in working with the carrier to investigate the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to decline or cancel shipments to locations where delivery is unavailable, restricted, or considered high risk by our shipping partners.
